- How much does a marketing recruiter cost?
- Marketing recruiters often charge a percentage of first-year salary per hire. We charge a flat monthly fee per open role: $1,000 a role per month at list rate, lower from the fourth role, plus a $1,000 one-time setup, with no placement fee. Every engagement starts with three role slots.
- Do you place freelance marketers?
- No. We recruit permanent employees. For freelance or project work, a marketing staffing agency or freelance platform is the better fit.
- Can you recruit a head of marketing?
- Yes. We search for marketing leaders by the size of team and budget they have run and the market they sold into, and approach them confidentially.
- Can you recruit for remote marketing roles?
- Yes. Remote roles widen the search, and we look wherever you are able to hire.
