- How much does an IT recruiter cost?
- Agency IT recruiters often charge a percentage of first-year salary per hire. We charge a flat monthly fee per open role: $1,000 a role per month at list rate, lower from the fourth role, plus a $1,000 one-time setup, with no placement fee. Every engagement starts with three role slots.
- Do you place IT contractors?
- No. We recruit full-time employees who join your team directly. If you need short-term contract staff, an IT staffing agency is the better fit.
- Can you recruit cybersecurity talent?
- Yes. We search for security analysts and engineers by certification, tools and environment, and rank them against the specific requirements in your brief.
- Can you recruit for remote roles?
- Yes. A remote role widens the market, and we search wherever you are able to hire, whether that is one metro area or the whole country.
