Recruiting service
Hire a recruiter per role, not per hire.
AI Talent Partner is a recruiting service for employers: we source, reach out to and rank candidates for every open role, answer every reply and send interested people to your calendar. You pay $1,000 per role per month for the first three, less after that, and no placement fee when you hire.
The usual ways to get recruiting done
Each one is right for someone. The differences are in how you pay and what happens when you hire again.
Contingency recruiter
You pay only when you hire, typically 20 to 25% of first-year base salary. Good for one or two roles. The fee repeats with every hire, and the recruiter works hardest on the roles most likely to pay.
Retained search
You pay in stages, typically 25 to 35% of first-year compensation, whether or not the search closes. Right for a senior, confidential or genuinely hard search where you want one firm's committed hours.
RPO
Recruitment process outsourcing takes over all or part of your recruiting function, usually on a long contract sized for companies with a high, steady hiring volume.
The full comparison: contingency vs retained vs subscription recruiting, and what hiring through a recruiter really costs.
A subscription instead
A flat monthly cost per open role, for companies that hire more than once a year.
Every open role includes
- A structured hiring brief for every role
- AI sourcing across 100+ sources, including people who are not looking
- Personalized outreach by email and LinkedIn
- Every reply answered, and interested candidates sent to your booking link
- Shortlists ranked against the role, with the evidence
- Automated interview scheduling
- A live pipeline dashboard and a written update every week
You run the interviews and make the decision. We do not run recruiter phone screens, and we do not do temp or hourly staffing.
An RPO alternative for growing companies
Most of what a company buys RPO for is sourcing capacity. This is that capacity, without the long contract.
Sized by the role
Pay for the roles you have open now. Add a slot when you open a role; a filled role's slot moves to your next one.
Short commitment
A 60-day minimum, then month to month. Prepay 3, 6 or 12 months if you want the lower rate.
Your team stays in charge
We run sourcing and outreach and report weekly. Your managers interview, choose and make the offer.
Pricing
Per open role, per month. No placement fee, however many people you hire.
From

Questions
- How much does it cost to hire a recruiter?
- A contingency recruiter typically charges 20 to 25% of the hire's first-year base salary, so roughly $28,000 to $35,000 on a $140,000 role, and again for the next hire. Retained search typically runs 25 to 35%. Our recruiting service is $1,000 per open role per month for the first three roles, less from the fourth, plus a $1,000 one-time setup, with no placement fee.
- What is RPO, and is it worth it for a small company?
- Recruitment process outsourcing is when a provider runs all or part of your recruiting function, usually on a longer contract built around steady, high-volume hiring. For a company hiring a handful of roles at a time it is often more structure than it needs. A per-role subscription gives you the sourcing and outreach work without a long contract: a 60-day minimum, then month to month.
- Can I hire a recruiter for just one role?
- Every engagement starts with 3 role slots ($3,000 a month). If you only have one opening today, the other slots are room for the next ones, and when a role fills its slot moves to your next opening. If you will only ever have one role, a contingency recruiter may suit you better, and we will tell you so.
- Do you replace our internal recruiter?
- Usually not. If you have a recruiter, we take the sourcing and outreach that eat their week, so they can spend it on interviews and closing. If you do not have one, we are the part of the job that finds and engages candidates; you still interview and decide.
- Is there a placement fee when we hire?
- No. You pay per open role per month, whether you hire one person from a role or several, and nothing extra when someone accepts.
- How fast will we see candidates?
- Sourcing starts once your brief is set. We calibrate the search with you on a first sample before outreach runs at full volume, so the people who follow match what you actually want.
