Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
NCT Career Services LLC, doing business as Next Chapter Talent (“we,” “us”), operates nextchaptertalent.ai and provides the AI Talent Partner recruiting service. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
It covers two different groups of people, and the difference matters: visitors and clients, meaning people who contact us or whose company buys the service, and candidates, meaning people we identify and contact about roles on behalf of a client. Section 4 is about candidates specifically.
1. Information we collect
- Contact and enquiry information you submit through forms on this site: name, work email, company, phone number, the roles you are hiring for, and the plan you are interested in.
- Client account and hiring information provided during onboarding and delivery: role requirements, hiring briefs, interview feedback, and the contact details of people at your company who work with us.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, referral source, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device identifiers.
- Candidate information, described in section 4.
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and schedule calls.
- To deliver the AI Talent Partner service: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, and reporting.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service and this site.
- To send service updates and, where permitted, marketing.
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
3. Automated processing and AI
AI is a core part of how this service works, so we would rather be explicit about it than bury it.
- We use AI systems to search public and licensed data sources for potential candidates, to summarise and rank them against a client's stated role criteria, and to draft personalised outreach and role documentation.
- Content submitted through this site's forms, along with role briefs, résumés, and candidate profiles handled in the service, may be processed by third-party AI models (currently Anthropic's Claude) to produce those summaries, rankings, and drafts.
- We do not permit our AI vendors to train their models on the data we send them.
- A human makes the decisions. AI ranking and screening output is a recommendation. No candidate is rejected, and no hiring decision is made, solely by automated means. A person on our team or at the client reviews shortlists before they go anywhere.
- If you are subject to GDPR, you have the right to request human review of, and to contest, any decision that significantly affects you.
4. Candidate information
If we contacted you about a role, here is where your information came from and what we do with it.
- Sources. Professional networking sites and public professional profiles, public company and directory listings, publicly available industry and licensing data, licensed third-party data and enrichment providers, résumés you send us, and referrals.
- What we hold. Name, work history, skills, education, professional contact details, and notes from any conversations with us.
- Why. To assess fit for roles and, where appropriate, to introduce you to a client. Our lawful basis under GDPR is legitimate interest in operating a recruitment service, or your consent where required.
- Your choices. You can ask us to stop contacting you, correct your information, or delete it entirely, at any time, by emailing the address in section 9. We honour opt-out requests permanently and keep only the minimum record needed to avoid contacting you again.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above:
- Anthropic, AI processing of the content described in section 3.
- Resend, delivery of transactional and notification email.
- Clay, contact and company data enrichment used in sourcing.
- Vercel, hosting and delivery of this site.
- LinkedIn, advertising measurement (see section 6) and, separately, the platform on which sourcing and outreach are carried out.
- Stripe, payment and subscription processing for clients. We do not store full card numbers.
- Google, business email and calendar used by our team.
- Clients, where you are a candidate we are introducing for a role, and only with your knowledge.
- Legal and safety, where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights.
6. Cookies and tracking
This site uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which sets cookies and reports on ad performance and audience characteristics so we can measure our advertising. You can opt out of LinkedIn's use of this data in your LinkedIn account settings, and you can block or clear cookies through your browser. We do not use this data to make decisions about individual candidates.
7. Retention
We keep client and enquiry information for as long as the relationship is active and then as needed for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes (billing and contract records for seven years). Candidate information is kept while it remains relevant to placement work and is reviewed periodically; deletion requests are honoured as described in section 8.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a portable copy, opt out of marketing, and opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; residents of the EU and UK have them under GDPR.
To exercise any of them, email info@nextchaptertalent.com. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
