- How much does an HR recruiter cost?
- Many recruiters charge a percentage of first-year salary per hire. We charge a flat monthly fee per open role: $1,000 a role per month at list rate, lower from the fourth role, plus a $1,000 one-time setup, with no placement fee. Every engagement starts with three role slots.
- Can you recruit an in-house recruiter for us?
- Yes. Talent acquisition roles are a common search. Many clients also use our service alongside their in-house recruiter, who keeps the interviews and the relationship with hiring managers.
- Do you provide temporary HR staff?
- No. We recruit permanent employees. For interim HR coverage, an HR staffing agency is the better fit.
- Can you recruit a head of HR?
- Yes. We search for HR leaders by the size and type of organization they have led, and approach them confidentially.
