- Insurance recruiters often charge a percentage of first-year salary per hire. We charge a flat monthly fee per open role: $1,000 a role per month at list rate, lower from the fourth role, plus a $1,000 one-time setup, with no placement fee. Every engagement starts with three role slots.

- Yes. We search for producers licensed in the lines and states you need, and rank them on the client types and markets they have written.

- Both. We recruit for independent agencies, brokerages and carriers, including underwriting and claims roles.

- Yes. Benefits account managers and consultants are a common search, and we look for people who have served employers of the size you work with.
