- How much does an accounting recruiter cost?
- Accounting recruiters often charge a percentage of first-year salary per hire. We charge a flat monthly fee per open role: $1,000 a role per month at list rate, lower from the fourth role, plus a $1,000 one-time setup, with no placement fee. Every engagement starts with three role slots.
- Can you recruit licensed CPAs?
- Yes. When a role requires a CPA, we search for licensed candidates from the start and rank them on the experience your brief asks for.
- Do you provide temporary accountants?
- No. We recruit permanent employees. For interim or project accounting help, a finance staffing agency is the better fit.
- Do you recruit for accounting firms as well as companies?
- Yes. We recruit for in-house finance teams and for public accounting firms, including tax and audit roles.
