Hospitality recruiting
Hospitality recruiting for the people who run the place
Next Chapter Talent recruits general managers, executive chefs, sales leaders and operations managers for hotels, resorts, restaurant groups and private clubs. We find experienced leaders who are not actively looking, contact them for you and send the interested ones to your calendar, for a flat monthly subscription per open role, from $1,000 a role, with no placement fee.

What makes hospitality hiring hard
Good managers are busy running a floor
Strong hospitality leaders work long, irregular hours and rarely browse job boards. We reach them directly, with a message about your property, and make the first conversation easy to say yes to.
Seasonal timing
Resorts, clubs and event venues hire ahead of their season, and candidates often move between seasons. Starting the search early puts you in front of people while they are deciding.
Concept and brand fit
A great fine dining chef is not automatically right for a high-volume concept, and the reverse. We rank candidates on the kind of operation they have actually run, not just their title.
How we find hospitality candidates
Hospitality leaders are visible on LinkedIn and through the properties, restaurant groups and clubs they have worked for. We search by role, concept type, property size and location, then contact people by email and LinkedIn with a message written for your opening.
Pricing
Per open role, per month. No placement fee, however many people you hire.

Hospitality recruiting questions
- How much does a hospitality recruiter cost?
- Many hospitality recruiters charge a percentage of first-year salary per hire. We charge a flat monthly fee per open role instead: $1,000 a role per month at list rate, lower from the fourth role, plus a $1,000 one-time setup, with no placement fee. Every engagement starts with three role slots.
- Are you a hospitality staffing agency?
- No. Staffing agencies typically supply hourly and event staff. We recruit permanent managers and leaders who join your team directly.
- Can you recruit an executive chef?
- Yes. We search for chefs by the kind of kitchen they have run, the volume and the style of cuisine, and rank them against what your concept needs. You run the tasting and the interview.
- Do you recruit for private clubs and resorts?
- Yes. Club and resort leadership is a natural fit, because the best candidates are usually employed at another property and need to be approached rather than waited for.
