- No. Dental staffing agencies usually fill temporary shifts. We recruit permanent dentists, hygienists, office managers and leaders who join your practice.
- How much does it cost to recruit an associate dentist?
- We do not charge per hire. Each open role is $1,000 a month at list rate, lower from the fourth role, plus a $1,000 one-time setup, and there is no placement fee. Every engagement starts with three role slots.
- Can you recruit for a dental group with several offices?
- Yes. We run searches across all your locations, and each open role is its own slot, so you can see progress office by office on your dashboard.

- Yes. Office managers and practice administrators are some of the most important hires a practice makes, and we search for people who have run a dental office before.
