- How much does a manufacturing recruiter cost?
- Manufacturing recruiters often charge a percentage of first-year salary per hire. We charge a flat monthly fee per open role: $1,000 a role per month at list rate, lower from the fourth role, plus a $1,000 one-time setup, with no placement fee. Every engagement starts with three role slots.
- Do you staff production workers?
- No. We recruit salaried roles such as plant managers, supervisors, engineers and quality leaders. For hourly production staff, a manufacturing staffing agency is the better fit.
- Can you find candidates willing to relocate?
- Yes. When the local pool is thin, we widen the search to people in your industry elsewhere and say up front that the role requires a move.
- Can you recruit for a regulated environment?
- Yes. For food, medical device, pharmaceutical and other regulated manufacturing, we search for people with experience under the same standards.
